Our 2nd annual Hiking for the Homeless awareness event.Hikers will walk a cement path around the park's pond 3 times to complete the 3k course. While hiking you will stop at designated stations to receive an item that will be placed in your drawstring backpack, (that will also be provided). As each of the 3 laps are completed, you will drop off your backpack at the start line and collect another empty backpack to fill. This is the "Packing Party" portion of the event! These filled backpacks will later be delivered to the homeless by Christine's Blankets throughout 6 neighboring counties! There is no registration fee whatsoever!  Refreshments will be provided!
